Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Fantasy Football Super League (“FFSL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use the FFSL mobile app, website, and related service.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, username or handle, account identifier, and authentication records.
- Gameplay content: leagues, memberships, team names, invitations, drafts, queues, picks, rosters, lineups, matchups, standings, notification preferences, and related actions.
- Device and notification information: platform, device label, Expo push token, notification-delivery records, and related settings.
- Usage information: first-party product interactions, acquisition source, campaign metadata, coarse geography without retained raw IP addresses, and operational records used to understand and improve FFSL.
- Support information: messages and materials you choose to send when requesting support or account deletion.
- Website information: the FFSL website may collect browser, device, interaction, and campaign information through first-party analytics and communication tools. The FFSL mobile app does not use cross-app advertising tracking.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; operate leagues, drafts, rosters, scoring, matchups, and notifications; provide support; prevent abuse; diagnose reliability issues; measure product adoption; communicate service information; and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers for cloud database and authentication (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), mobile builds and push delivery (Expo), football data (SportMonks), and email communications (Beehiiv). They process information only to provide their services to FFSL. We do not sell personal information, disclose account information to data brokers, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Product emails include an unsubscribe option; essential account, security, and service messages may still be sent.
Public and league-visible information
Your display name or handle, fantasy team, league participation, draft activity, roster, lineup, matchup, and standings information may be visible to other members of the same league. Do not use sensitive personal information in public-facing names.
Retention and deletion
Account and gameplay information is retained while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. We normally complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. We delete or de-identify account information and associated personal data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, league integrity, or another legal obligation. Residual copies may remain in access-controlled backups for up to 90 days before routine deletion.
Your choices
You can manage notification categories in FFSL and system permissions in device settings. You may request access or correction by contacting admin@nocontextnetwork.com. To initiate deletion while signed in, use Settings → Delete Account in the FFSL mobile app. The account-deletion page explains the process and provides an email fallback.
Children
FFSL is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate protections.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as FFSL changes. The current version will show its effective date. Questions, privacy requests, and jurisdiction-specific rights requests may be sent to admin@nocontextnetwork.com. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law.
