Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Fantasy Football Super League (“FFSL”), including its mobile app, website, data, features, and related services.
Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By creating an account or using FFSL, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You may use FFSL only where doing so is lawful.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that compromises the service or other users.
The FFSL service
FFSL provides fantasy soccer league management, player information, drafts, rosters, lineups, scoring, matchups, standings, and notifications. Features, scoring inputs, schedules, and data-provider coverage may change. Sports data may be delayed, corrected, or unavailable, and FFSL may recalculate results when source data changes.
League fees and prizes
FFSL does not process wagers, deposits, withdrawals, league fees, or prizes. If users privately arrange fees or prizes outside FFSL, No Context Network LLC is not a party to that arrangement and does not custody, guarantee, adjudicate, or distribute those funds. You are responsible for ensuring any private arrangement is lawful where you live.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse FFSL, interfere with drafts or scoring, exploit defects, automate unauthorized access, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, harass others, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. We may investigate abuse and restrict access to protect FFSL and its users.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in names and other content you submit, while granting FFSL the limited permission needed to host, display, and process that content to operate the service. FFSL software, branding, interfaces, and original materials are owned by No Context Network LLC or its licensors. Club, competition, athlete, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and data
FFSL depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, notification, hosting, and sports-data services. Their availability and terms may affect the service. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make FFSL responsible for those services.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using FFSL and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security threats, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or other users. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable.
Disclaimers and liability
FFSL is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free sports data, or any particular fantasy result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Context Network LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from FFSL. These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Disputes
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Any dispute is subject to the laws and courts that apply to No Context Network LLC and the user under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
